Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Attempt to use the Gallery on a PlayStation console.
Note the "Version Mismatch" error when trying to download any recent content.
Observe autonomous behavior (Sims excessively flirting or performing repetitive social interactions).
What happens when the bug occurs?
The game version is outdated compared to PC/Mac. The Gallery is non-functional for new content, and critical "Laundry List" fixes from the March 17 and March 23 updates are missing for console players.
What do you expect to see?
Platform parity. Console players should receive updates alongside PC/Mac to ensure Gallery compatibility and a stable gameplay experience.
Additional Information:
I am a legacy player (currently on my Grail family save) and the lack of Gallery functions is making the game nearly unplayable. I have already opened a formal complaint with EA Support (Case #241054325) and was directed here to share this feedback. As a player in South Africa, I am seeing no communication regarding the regional or global release date for this patch.
