Marriage bug

In the royalty and legacy pack

Sims that get married become just in a relationship after you save and exit out, and come back to the game. My sim has had to remarry their partner 4 times already even though Cordelia approved of the marriage proposal. My guess is that it is a bug.  It wasn't doing this until the new update happened.
