Missing Content! bug

Hello, 

I play The Sims 4 on PS5, specifically on a Saudi Account with Saudi PlayStation Store 

I used to play on this account a lot in 2017 until february 2026

and i came back this month, and i saw a sign that says "Missing Content!" while i already have my packs installed.

what should i do? i updated the game already. please help!

    Hey najlaa4​, 

    Sorry to hear that your packs are missing in-game. It'd be worth quickly confirming that you're signed in on the same account you used to purchase those packs before giving the following troubleshooting steps a try, if you haven't already: 

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims


    Afterward, navigate to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and ensure all your packs are active.

    Hey najlaa4​, 

    Hmm, it might be related to regional limitations, but could also be related to this bug:[PS] DLC installed but missing in-game

    Just to confirm, are all 16 packs showing as active and installed on Marketplace with the actual content missing in-game? Or are the active packs in the picture you've included the packs that have since reappeared, with the remaining ones missing altogether?

    Hello, thanks for your help!

    I tried your method, but when I checked the packs on Pack Selection, 16 of them are still missing. 

    I really don't know why? 

    Is it because The Sims 4 is not available in Saudi Arabia stores?
