Missing content

Please check your game library on your console and be sure all your packs are fully installed. You can do this by following the steps below.

If you play on Xbox:

• Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
• Press the Menu button on the controller
• Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
• You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

For PlayStation:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

I am getting that random message on my ps4 when I play the Sims 4. I own all packs except the last kit launched the Simtimates Kit on my PS4 Console. 

It pops up each and every time I play my game like there is missing content has been removed. I don't have CC or mods in my game due to being on console so that isn't the issue.

Did you try the steps above to be sure all your content is fully installed on your console? 

I would have to check when I get a chance. I would get the message on my PS4 system saying something I was missing. Yet I have all the packs except owning Simtimates kit. The weird thing of it is that it popped up multiple times in the last few days stating I didn't some items. I don't know which item that it was. I had items randomly pop into my house inventory that were clutter from being place in shelves.

Yes all my packs are installed and my game is updated to most recent. Still get the same glitch when I go to my lot a pop up box comes up stating an item has been removed from my lot. I own everything that's in my place I'm on a console so I have no mods or CC in my game. All base game items. 

Who do I contact? My daughter has all the add ons on her xbox but it’s telling me to repurchase them on mines.

If you're being prompted to re-purchase your owned DLC, please contact Xbox support so they can look over your account's purchase history with you and see what's going on there.
