Missing game packs
In my sims game it’s saying I don’t own any of the packs I have previously owned. All the ones I don’t have in my game are showing in my Xbox game library but not in game. The ones that are missing in game are packs I have purchased from Xbox vouchers but the packs I have purchased with my own money are still in the game. I hope someone can help or relate to this?
I'd recommend you get in contact with Microsoft support so they can look over your account's transaction details to see what's happening with your packs- here, we wouldn't have access to view any of your purchases made on your Xbox to investigate with you.
