Missing Interaction Options [PS4]

I'm playing the basic version of Sims 4 on PS4 (Version 1.70, updated 28/02/2023) and it seems like I don't have all interaction options available, wether with objects nor with Sims. I have no DLCs ...

I found the Bug. I created the savegame, before update 1.70 was installed, so that has to be the problem. When I created a new savegame with the exact same Sims, everything seems to be normal. All the options, full smartphone, all conversation options.
So, lesson learned: update your games, kids.
