    Hi Simian868​ 

    Did you purchase your pack directly from the PS store on your console? Are you game-sharing? If you're currently game-sharing the pack, only the account that purchased the DLC would have access to this content- it wouldn't be shared across accounts.

Does this has anything to do with enable share play. Cause I brought all the packs on my man’s PS5 account and I do enable SharePlay to use the packs on my ps5 account. I would have brought all the packs on my own account but I started playing sims on my man’s account then made my own account. So I just continue buying them on my man’s account. But maybe this is why I can’t get the items when I buy the pack early. This is jarring 😭😭😭
