    Hi Simian868​ 

    Did you purchase your pack directly from the PS store on your console? Are you game-sharing? If you're currently game-sharing the pack, only the account that purchased the DLC would have access to this content- it wouldn't be shared across accounts.

No I have all the packs on my man’s account 😭😭 is there any way EA can change this cause then it’s pointless to buy the packs early at full price . I got receipts 😭

    Simian868​ You can reach out to PlayStation support directly to explore some options- since they were purchased from PlayStation, you'd need to speak with Sony about getting the packs transferred to another account.
