missing pack sims 4 PS4

hello, i purchased the city living pack and now it shows that i never purchased it. i did download it on my boyfriends account but was logged into my own ea account on the game. i had bought city liv...

Hey @Zoey2949 @Inkyosha ,

If you're were previously accessing City Living through PlayStation+ this is intended. The City Living DLC was removed from PlayStation+ and Island Living was added instead.

If you don't own City Living, you'll need to purchase it fully to continue playing with that content.

same, ive bought city living full price BEFORE it was a ps plus thing.

    Can you uninstall the Pack from your boyfriends Account, and then install it on your Account. (I assume PS4 Account).
    Do you have this membership, that you could have played the Pack for free?

      i myself don’t have the ps4 plus membership. and no it only gives me the option to purchase when i try to download it. i didn’t play the pack for free. i had to purchase it then a week later it was for ps4 plus members

        Okay, that‘s exactly what I wanted to know.
        Did you buy the Pack in the PlayStation Store or directly in the Game?
        When you log into your Boyfriends Account, check to see if the Pack is there.

        If so, then it will be problematic because it is connected to his PlayStation Account.
