Missing Pack

I recently redownloaded Sims 4 on my PlayStation. And I have all the packs but one is missing. The cats and dogs, I tried looking for it in my purchases but it’s not there. It only shows up as a bund...

Hi AdoraSkywalker​ 

Do you own a digital version of this pack, or did you have the disk version? 

If you own the digital version, try the following:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
