Missing Saved files

I’ve lost 4 saved files in the last 4 months while playing Sims 4 on Xbox series X. My Console is up to date as is my version of the SIMS 4, and because I am on console I use no CC’s or MOD’s.

 It starts with being unable to save a file then the next time I log in my file doesn’t exist. I start a new game create a new save file then a month later I can’t save the file and then the next time I log in the file doesn’t exist. You can imagine how frustrating this can be to lose everything.

The 1st time this happened 4 months ago I lost years worth of content. I usually play with all my DLC’S (I own them all except the new expansion pack). 2 months ago I decided to limit the amount of DLC’s to see if that made a difference but it didn’t.  Last night the game wouldn’t save and this morning my save files are gone. I chose not to buy the latest pack because I can’t in good conscience continue to put money into this game if I can’t play it. I’m writing this because I want that to change and hopefully someone can help me.
