Missing sims from library

Hello! I play TS4 on the ps4. I am having a problem where all of my builds and sims are no longer in my library. I have one sim in my library which is my most recent household. Even builds or sims that I save from the Gallery have been wiped. I was wondering if anyone had experienced this problem or know of any solution.

    Gotchya, it sounds like that data unfortunately become corrupt and was deleted. That data is stored locally to your console, so once it's deleted I'm afraid there isn't a way to restore it.

    Hi,

    My library wasn’t too full because I’ve deleted some things from it. My game did crash at one point but my sims were still there. It started with a few of my gallery saves disappearing and then soon enough all my sims were gone.
