My First Pet Stuff not installing properly on XBox One

I purchased and downloaded My First Pet Stuff on my Xbox but the content is not showing up in my game. On the launch screen the MFPS icon is green and white like the other packs I own, but when I hov...

I’m so glad it worked for you! I did think it was a bit extreme last time when I was told to do a factory reset! I still think something needs to be done to stop this happening in the first place. I have most packs now apart from about three or four, and I’ve only had this problem since My First Pet Stuff three weeks ago.

@gingerrrninjerr I totally agree. I have all the DLCs, and this was the first time I had this problem, so hopefully they’ll fix it. It’s a good pack, it would be a shame if ppl couldn’t use it and give it one star reviews.
I hope one day they’ll make Sims on farm with chicks and bunnies and piglets 🥰
