My First Pet Stuff not installing properly on XBox One

I purchased and downloaded My First Pet Stuff on my Xbox but the content is not showing up in my game. On the launch screen the MFPS icon is green and white like the other packs I own, but when I hov...

Am having the same problem I bought this yesterday. Says i have the pack but it's coming up in red writing that I don't owe the sims or Cats and dogs which I do. Iv just tried the advise u said about turning it off and taking the power cable out and it's still not working 😭

There is an issue that may be related to what you're experiencing that Maxis and Microsoft are looking into. Can you check out this thread and see if it applies to your situation?

    @EA_Arrenai I have only digital copies. Bought My First Pet (in Cats&Dogs bundle) without any problems for £9, but it didn’t install properly. It was downloaded, yet not installed for a few days.
