When I logged in today on my PS4 I got a message stating that I could get My First Pet Stuff for free and to redeem it however when I go to the PS Store it is still full price.
Are you planning in giving this out to console players or is this false advertising?

When you open the Sims 4 on playstation you get a popup. I will send you a sc when I get home.
Hi yes, please see the photo attached. It says "Free for a limited time" but when you click on the pop up, it takes you to the PS Store to purchase it at $9.99 @EA_Solaire
I have the disk edition of Base Game + Cats &Dogs from back in the day. The game and pack function as intended. What got me disappointed was when I saw the pack of "Cats & Dogs" + "My First Pet Stuff" was the same price as just C&D on pc. That means that essentially a free pack but only in the bundle.
It would be nice if EA could give console players some love... we have limited controls, then ea "fixes" the controls and makes them worse without notice, then "fixes" them again by putting them nearly back to the way they were... no apology or acknowledgement. We don't get the benefit from Mods or CC, so we live with bugs and hope they get fixed. Then false hope that we get a pack for free.... to find out that its just for PC and Mac. All the money that they must make from console players and they can't even put the effort into making the pack free on all platforms.
Limited controls? Really? You could just plug in a mouse and keyboard as an option. Also, no cc & mods is not es fault. Plus they never sold the game on console as having any mod options. You get what you payed for, for the most part (bugs). Lets remember they did improve the gallery and do updates and patches same as pc on console as well.
My first pet stuff came late to the console and we hear its because console stores don't like the DLC for DLC idea. If that's true lest be glad it showed up at all. Last point of note is right now the bundle with pet stuff + C&D on PSN is the same price as C&D standalone on pc.
Lucky you all it still says $9.99 for you but on my console (ps5) it says $39.99.... is it free for consoles or is it a mistake by the console manufacturers?
