This sounds like your Xbox is running out of storage to save any more lots to your local library.
Let's try the following to check your free space:
No, literally over 75% of my space is free. I play like 2 games and SIms 4 is one of them. Besides, that wouldn't delete everything in my sims 4 library. it would just prevent me from saving more. It's not my Xbox library that is gone. It is my Sims 4 library. Like my in-game library of builds and families and things that I have created and saved off the gallery. It is all gone.
Community ManagerTry logging into the Gallery here please and see if you're able to favorite any lots here and add them to your library. Anything you favorite on this web version of the Gallery will carry over in-game to your console in the Gallery there.
Let me know if the web version works for you, and if anything you favorite here shows in the Gallery on your console please.
I do that and it says the lot is saved to my library but then when I go to access my library it is still blank. Only when I search for “mine” I can see Maxis stuff but I can’t see the stuff I have built and saved to the library. And when I try to save to the gallery it says there is an error saving to the library so my broken library is breaking my gallery too.
