my game keeps crashing when i load onto a lot

for like the past few days anytime i open my game i cant load onto any lot bc my game crahes before it can even finish loading. im on ps4 i dont know why this is happening. i dont think its bc of the new update bc i was able to play that no problem. i've already tried closing the game and reopening it and i tried restating my ps4.
