when I go on my Xbox one it takes a while starting up the loading screen and freezes when I get past that after it has finally loaded it makes me read the user agreement and after all my games are gone and I start over before anyone says do I save,? Yes I do save or I wouldn't be making this complaint

To clear up the issue with the User Agreement, try these steps - from the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your gamertag is linked with your EA account here.
As for your save file being deleted- do you only have 1 save file, or do you have multiple saves that have all been reset?
