Entire Game Lost After Save / Save Issiue

Hello,

I am playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation 5. I have been using the same save file (“Save 9”) for several months.

Recently, I created a new family and saved the game using the same save slot. After reopening the game, all my previously created families, houses, and progress were completely gone. The save slot is still visible, but all previous content has been replaced.

I did not manually delete any data. I was not aware that saving over the same slot would permanently overwrite months of progress without any recovery option.

I have already checked both Console Storage and Cloud Storage on PS5. There is no older version available to restore.

Is there any possible way to recover a previous version of this save file on PS5?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
