My kits are saying they are unavailable.

I am in need of assistance because I was trying to load into my game and it says that multiple kits are unavailable that I do have and that I do have installed. I've checked the pack selectors and it shows that they are purchased but unavailable. I have deleted my saved data and uninstalled the game but nothing is working. Any help, please?

    Hey there AllFallsB4Me​ 

    Let's give these steps a try first to be sure all your kits are fully installed:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
