Rosesjayy if restoring your licences hasn't helped and it's saying you have to repurchase content you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support. The content is purchased from them so they'll be able to deal with it for you.
The bug with pictures turning black is a known issue that's currently being investigated. Here's the bug report for you if you'd like to upvote it and it's the place to keep in touch with any developments:
