My sim owns a vet clinic but can not e/treat pet or

My Sim owns a vet clinic and she is able to manage it, but it isn’t letting me interact with any of the vet equipment or greet/exam/treat any pets. I am so confused! I even tried buying the low budg...

@PoptartJuniper Just tried your suggestion and no luck. I have a hired employee, who can treat pets just fine. But I just realized I can’t even praise him, etc. 😫

@CoffeeSphinx93 Someone else just had this issue also. Have you bulldozed the lot, shut the console down and then tried placing it from the library with a Sim active on the lot?

Which lot is it? Maybe I can check it in my game also.
