My sims 4 (PS5) will not load

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? For Rent, Dream Home Decorator, Cats And Dogs, My First Pet Stuff, Romantic Garden, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not quite sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My game will load up normally up until it gets to the option to allow me to log into my EA account where it remains on the loading screen
What do you expect to see? The pop up that allows you to log into your EA account
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
- I cannot upload the image as the file size is too large
