@Erraticfly183 hi there here's a bug report for the lost login rewards. Many players are affected, myself included.
If you'd like to go to the first post on page 1 and click Me Too then add a reply if you'd like to do so.
You may find that the build items from the rewards are still on your lots and you can copy them, but you can't buy them again from the catalogue.
If you get an error message again could you report back to us with the exact error code please? We have some open bug reports for error codes but each one is specific.
I'm attaching our troubleshooting steps for you too because they can be useful to have if you're having issues with a console game.
It's says "For some reason The Sims 4 took too long to start (0x8027025a)"
@Erraticfly183 at what stage are you seeing that message? Have you looked at the troubleshooting steps attached earlier? If not I'd follow the steps to powercycle your console first and see if that makes a difference. Try disconnecting the WiFi and then connecting it again. See if it loads.
Can you tell us how many save slots were filled?
