My sims game won’t save and I lose the whole save xbox
Hi there,
I have had this bug twice now and both times I have lost my whole save. When I try to save it comes up as unable to save and an error: 0. I try to go to manage worlds but it just keeps saying that and when I turn off my Xbox and turn it back on the save is just no where to be seen. And the sage has just deleted itself, sims team please fix this because I have lost so many hours from just this happening twice and it is really frustrating and annoying. In the meantime does anyone have any advice to solve the problem if it happens again?
p.s I have been playing the game on my same Xbox for about 4 years so idk if it is a date thing or not.

It sounds like you're running low on storage space for The Sims on your console's memory. Do you currently have a lot of saved items from The Gallery stored in your Library? Please try removing some of your saved lots, rooms or households from your Library in The Gallery, let me know if that clears up this error for you and allows you to save. Are you currently using all 10 available save file slots in-game? If so, you may need to delete older save file slots that you're no longer playing with.
