My sims packs won’t show up

I have the cats and dogs expansion pack and it says on my Xbox add on menu that I have it downloaded but when I go onto the sims it says my pack is missing and it’s not even in my collection on the marketplace, I’ve tried deleting the pack and redownloading it to see if it was just an error on my Xbox but despite doing that it still says my pack is missing, I’ve now tried restarting my Xbox completely and it still won’t work, could someone help me resolve this issue, I’ve not played since may and I’ve had this pack since around 2018
