This happened in my game too! I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but all my saves are still gone. I can’t believe this happened, so much progress just gone. 😭
I just opened a new EA Profile and a new Microsoft account and the game works.... all the packs I bought are active BUT I'm starting from scratch on EVERYTHING! All my Sims are gone... fooey
