Not able to enter in downloaded house from gallery

Hello, I have downloaded a house from gallery. When I try to enter in the house in live mode, it shows nothing. All objects just disappear.

It also says that house does not belong to any one.

Please let me know how can I use it and start living in the house.

    Hi @thetangogirl,

    That can sometimes happen with Gallery items. It may need to be removed and readded. Could you give that a go?
