Not able to open sims 4 on xbox
I’m having an issue with opening my sims 4 game. Whenever i try to open the game it says i have to be online. I have checked my network and everything seems to be working fine.

I'm now experiencing these same issues as of today. I've restarted my Xbox, cleared sims 4 cache, and still - every time I log in, it says I'm offline. The 2 times I got in in the first hour, it said my vampire pack was not installed and removed the items from my build. Now, whenever I make it past the loading screen, I'm greeted by this message. I was able to play fine yesterday, so I have no idea why this issue is occurring now when I've changed nothing.
Dude same!!
I basically gave up on the entire game. Never got fixed. Not worth the stress.
