Only one save file won't upload builds to gallery

I'm not sure if I should post this here or in bug reports but I've been having this issue for while (probably at least a year). I've only noticed this problem in one of my save files. When I try to upload a build to the gallery (either publicly or just to my library), it seems as if it has successfully uploaded, but when I go to my library the build isn't there. There is no error message of any kind. I don't have any mods or custom content or anything like that. I play on xbox. Is there a way I can fix this without starting over?

    Hey there Totalnerdher​ 

    Is this happening with all lots you try to upload on this specific save file, or only one lot in particular?

    All the lots in this save file. If it matters they have been shells/exteriors that I downloaded from the gallery and renovated the interior, but I have the problem when I try to save it with the same name or a different name.

    Totalnerdher​ Try uploading something that hasn't been downloaded from the Gallery- let me know if you still have issues.
