Game keeps resetting my packs
After the update the game keeps resetting my packs making it look like I just bought them when some i had for years, months, or days is this a game glitch or can it be fixed?

I am experiencing the same issue. Was just logging on to report it. Having to exit out of 60+ pack information every time I log in is getting tiring.. My game is also crashing and my sims clothes/appearance is changing when zooming in and out. Not sure if the issues are related but it's been happening since the marketplace update.
I'm having the same issue as well. It's pretty annoying having to close my packs every time I start the game.
I am also experiencing this issue, on top of this the gallery won’t load any items containing DLC for me, have to reset the game anytime I click on something with DLC bc it will just get stuck on loading 😭
Experiencing the same thing.
Same. I own a lot so it’s really frustrating to close them all at launch.
