Pack problems

Me and my sister play the Sims4 on PS5 and I used my ea account but my moms ps account to to play. Recently however I made my own Ps account and none of my packs were on it. I've since purchased new packs on my account and went back to my moms Ps account only to find that all the packs including recently bought packs that were on my ps account are also on her account,so I'm really not understanding why the packs I've purchased won't show up on my ps account as well. As far as I understand its supposed to work both ways. Ps. (I hope this makes sense)
