Hey there,
Can you attach a screenshot to your post please of what exactly you're seeing?

Thanks, are you seeing all your DLC content in-game? This usually means your DLC isn't fully installed.
Let's try the following:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
If you're still not seeing any pack options in your menu, please try a full uninstall and reinstall of the base game and your packs.
