Packs disappeared troubleshooting doesn’t work
My get together pack disappeared. I have tried clearing cache and all other troubleshooting that has restored some packs for others. My pack ALSO DISAPPEARED OUT OF MY LIBRARY IN PS STORE. Only shows up in notifications. It’s been months now I’ve been hoping they would fix it but nothing. It’s unacceptable

If Get to Work is no longer showing as owned in your game library, please review the transaction history on your PlayStation account to verify if you're currently logging into the same account you had originally bought this pack on.
Did you previously have an EA Play membership on your console that's no longer active?
