Packs on separate accounts won’t show up on my account Xbox one

So this has happened before and I had to uninstall everything and reinstall. Now just after this recent April update, majority of my packs aren’t even showing up that I own them when I do. I purchase...

@Bri6446 You have to make sure that all accounts the packs are purchased on have that console set as home.

If another console is set as home for one of those accounts, the packs won't appear on your console.

You may want to contact XBox support if you are having issues with accounts and the games being displayed.

Thanks for the help! I know one of the accounts is as it’s my alt account, as for my brothers I’m almost positive he hasn’t switched it since we made this Xbox the home. This only happened after the April patch though, so I was wondering if somehow that messed up how it’s working cause it was always fine before. Again thanks!
