Packs

I have packs that I bought that are no downloaded and I’ve lost.

    Hi Trvp_Goddess420​ 

    First we'll want to be sure all your DLC is fully installed to your console with these steps:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    If you're still not able to access your packs, or they show as unowned, please let me know!

I restarted and restored the license and it is working now thank you for all of your help I appreciate you!
