Unable to go online error
Over the course of the years i have spent hundred of dollars on packs and kits. Everything purchased is showing downloaded and installed on the Xbox console . Once loaded into the games majority of the packs say i have to purchase them. The game also gives me an error message stating im offline and doesn’t allow me the option to connect. It is very unfair that there isn’t a user friendly way to submit a ticket or contact customer support giving the amount of money customers have spent over the years!

Please verify that your gamertag is correctly linked with your EA account. You can follow the steps here to get linked up, and then verify that you're linked by checking for your Xbox Gamertag under the Connected Accounts section of your EA account.
