Missing packs

I have bought almost every major dlc in this game and somehow, when I look on my Xbox store, I apparently didn’t buy 17 of them?! They were the first ones I bought and now it’s like it’s erased from my account! I can still use the packs in game which is proof that I bought it, but if I get a new console (which I need, my Xbox is a decade old) I’d have to rebuy SEVENTEEN dlc that I already bought. HELP

Are these packs showing in your Xbox purchase history? If they aren't appearing there, it sounds like you're either logging into a different Xbox account, or you were previously game-sharing these packs.

You can reach out to Xbox support directly and they can review your account and billing details to see what's happened with your packs.
