Parenthood GP not showing up in game

After updating my game, I opened it and realized everything from parenthood was missing I thought “oh maybe it got uninstalled” because that has happened before, but when I went to manage game and add ons, it was checked as being installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the content still isn’t showing up and it’s saying I need to “download to use” I think this has something to do with the update, but I really need my pack that I paid for to work. Please help!

    Hi, I just wanted to update you, I randomly opened my game again and the content is showing up! I didn’t do anything in particular lol. I hope yours is/starts working soon :)

    I am having the same issue all day. The new update absolutely messed something up. There are many packs doing this to me despite doing multiple delete and reinstalls. This is beyond a small error, all my saves are unplayed and I have sunk big money into this game. It may be time for us to start boycotting new content until they fix what we already have.

    I’m so sorry you’re also having this issue, it sounds like i got lucky for it to only affect one of my packs :( EA really needs to do better in not consistently coming out with broken updates!

    Absolutely agree 💯. It doesn't matter if it's just one pack or multiple, people pay for this content and should never be in a position where they can't access it. I was so excited for fairies, but now I don't think I want anything to do with new packs. All they do is bring more problems.

    Well that's extremely promising 😃 I'm so glad it's working for you again. I'm doing one more delete and reinstall and then slowly download all my packs. Hopefully it works 🤞 😁
