Perfect Patio not ingame?! PS4

So I was one of the unfortunate people, where something went wrong and corrupted the saved file.

I tried everything and I was forced to completely remove the sims from my PS4

This helped us with the saving problem, but we are now faced with another.

I preordered the game, I downloaded the patio expansion, deleted everything and reinstalled it up until this point I noticed that the perfect patio is not on my game

Now the game says I have the pack, but doesn't see it in game.

Whenever I click on the patio expansion the download button says that I have the pack but it's orange(clickable)

When I check the free holiday pack the button is blacked/grey, and that pack is in game and didn't have an issue at all
So kinda strange that one pack works and the other doesn't...

Whenever I click on the orange(you have this pack) to try and redownload my pack it does to the PlayStation store and it shows me that there is no content.


I provided some pictures that show what I see/have.

I am dutch so everything on the pictures is also dutch, but I think with my information and our knowledge we can figure something out.

Like making a downloaded pack available again incase something like this happens.
Also a direct download would be much better since we have a third party now.

Having a third party between services kinda annoys me, but it is what it is.

Please help?!!!!
