[PS] DLC installed but missing in-game

First bug I found was when I was trying to simply save the game- I'd click save, and live mode was still active in the background. It didnt show the save screen, and I couldnt make my sim interact with anything after I backed out from the menu. Tried again and it popped another menu screen OVER the first one, and this screen, I couldnt interact with at all. 

Second bug, on the main menu screen, my main sim was bald, was missing a bunch of cas items. Apparently, some of the packs I have, arent downloaded, even though I was literally using them the day before. This part may just be a PS5 issue, but it wont allow me to redownload those missing packs at all. I've signed in to my ea account again, reset some things, but that didnt fix it. 

I Love this game and would love to see these problems be fixed somehow before the next pack drops ToT- BIGGGG Thank you to the Sims team, hope everything can be figured out

My sims 4 packs are not loading on my ps5 I have tried every trouble shooting method but none are working any help?

It's happening to everyone on playstation right now Including myself since the update. And I just bought a new pack too..

Are any of you still experiencing issues accessing your DLC, or is all your content available in-game now? 

Hi, yes it's still happening for me, it's acting like my content isn't installed when it actually is, the controls legend won't go away each time I load into a game..I honestly don't know what Im supposed to do.

This is still happening to me too. Even though I have all of them downloaded, when I try to resume game it says I'm missing pretty much all of the packs. 

Thanks all, does this persist after installing the patch that was released today and restoring licenses on your console?

Hey , so I recently purchased the bowling night pack and it shows in my add-ons I’ve tried restoring the license to the game, I’ve tired restarting the game, I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded it. The pack says installed but in game it’s not apart of the packs I own and when I go to access it, it’s no where to be found. When I go to check if it can be purchased again just to see if it’s there it’s not available at all as if it doesn’t exist. Help!!!!!

I have the same issues on PS5 console since the « Nature’s calling » event. I’ve tried everything ; deleting the game, erasing all data, restoring license, restarting console, etc.
The game is still saying « contents not installed » even though everything is properly installed on the manage game content.

The game is missing more than one pack contents (i.e. High School years, Werewolves, Buisness & hobbies, etc.)

Is it a game bug?
