Please help me contact ea!

Please, I am devastated. I can’t access the account I’ve purchased probably $500 worth of DLC on. I can’t even start a chat w tech support, it brings me to a new page saying that they can’t help me w this issue. I’m lost, I don’t know what to do atp.

The system accepts my EA id and password.. it just wants to verify my email via code and I don’t remember which email it is! PLEASE! There has to be a way! I have bank statements, my ip address, the dates I’ve logged into my ea account.. everything except the recovery email on the account… please, please someone help me!! 

I don’t have the Xbox I used to make the account anymore, (it had to have been my son’s old x box tho I’m not 100% sure) so I can’t log in on a verified device either. 

I think I will finally be done w EA if I can’t access the dlc I have purchased! Please help me!

  • Is there an email for EA support that I can send all of this info to and I’m just missing it?  I am not the best w this kind of stuff, is there a way to verify which email is on the account? It tells me the first few two letters and then *** the rest?

    While we can't discuss or change account details here on the forums, please try using the 'Continue as a guest' option on this web form to get in contact with our live support team. Once you fill in the form, you'll be redirected to a page with your support options, on which you can find the button to chat with an advisor. They'll need to verify your ownership of the account before helping you update any account information.

    In addition to that, if you haven't tried already, please go through your email addresses and search for any emails from EA, be it newsletters or receipts from past purchases, to see if you can find the account recovery email.

    Thank you so much for the reply. I tried starting a chat as a guest. It asked me for my email (of course, the thing I do not know). I had to enter an email so I choose the one for this account (Roshmarie) that I just made for the only propose of talking to an agent and accessing the other account w my dlc… I entered it and was brought to the same screen (I attached the screenshot) …

    It won’t let me talk to an advisor. I don’t see an option to send an email w all of the confirming info I do have (bank purchases dates and amounts, for the dlc but also including the ea play tied to the account.. the ip address I’ve used to play the sims 4.. last log in date etc etc) 

    I don’t know why I can’t talk to someone on live chat. It has to have been one of my son’s old emails that he doesn’t remember anymore. So I can’t go through past emails, I don’t even know which exact email was used. 



    I don’t understand how there is no email or way to contact EA besides a live agent? And why I can’t talk to one ?! 

    again thank you so much for your reply, I’m just really sad at thinking I won’t have access to the expansion packs/dlc I’ve bought over the years.
