Yeah that's pretty much it. For some reason on certain lots if I try to change the colour of a pool's water it'll change the floor of the pool and not the rest of the water. If someone needs a picture I can provide.

I'm sorry to hear that! If you are able to get a screenshot, it would help a lot in figuring out what's going on.
Also, are you changing it via the pool accessories?

i just asked if anyone had figured it out but then I messed with it a little, and all I did was just like a flooring or wallpaper, changed it from covering the whole “room” to just one tile.
