Previously owned cats and dogs pack for ps4 now gone?

I had already purchased cats and dogs shortly after it became available for the ps4 and have played on it but now its not available to me anymore and saying I dont have it and they only option now is the bundle with first pet stuff. I dont want to have to repay for it. Anyone know how to help? I have not ever had any mods on this game and I did have some previous issues recently but they were fixed by deleting and reinstalling the game and my packs, except cats and dogs.
