Problem to pay discounted Packs (ps5)

I can’t pay the discounted Packs on ps5

i should pay the full price and I don’t know why

    Heya @Ron7020,

    That 50% discount you're seeing from the EA website is specific to Mac and PC for Origin and the EA app only- if you're looking to purchase for PlayStation, I am seeing a 10% off sale currently for the PlayStation store, you can find that here. 

    Sales prices on the EA app and Origin will not always be the same as the sales you see for the PlayStation store.

    In the EA site these packs are 19.99

    but when I go to ps5 store I can’t buy them unless I pay 39.99


    this is so annoying please help
