[PS4] Crashing During Travel, Save the Game, Exiting CAS/Build Mode Patch 1.37

    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

Even afer the patch last year to solve the memory issue on ps4 my game still crashes exiting bb cas and travelling its not all the time it seems to happen after a couple of hours playing its nothing to with lot sizes either it happened to me on a half empty small lot

    @mumofharry They've added two packs since the last memory patch for PS4. It's entirely possible that the issue is present again on PS4.

    Same here. I purchased the vampire pack AND snowy escape now my game crashes like crazy and stay frozen..I have an PS4 tho.

    Platform:Sony Playstation 4
    Which language are you playing the game in? English
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What is your current game version number? 1.68
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The only game pack I don’t have is Star Wars
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? City living Vampires Strangerville Seasons Vintage glamour Parenthood Laundry day stuff One of the above game pack is causing my game to crash every time after the load screen.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes
    What do you expect to see? A fully functioning game
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
