    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

@Data_0003 You can send save files from ps4 via memory stick by following the link @SimGuruNick supplied you just need to upload them to a pc

I guess I could go buy a memory stick and that. But it's a very easy problem to emulate. I have reinstalled the game with no game file. It doesn't work. Im not the only one with the problem. It just doesn't work. Never from day 1 has it worked. Not much I could share. Im not trying to be rude but it's frustrating.

    @Data_0003 Its ok i was just answering your post because you said you would provide anything so was hoping you could i know its frustrating its happened b4 and they patched it so i thought they'd be able to do it again as they know it's a memory issue

    I would love to play this on a p.c. The Sims experience is better on p.c. I just don't have one. I got this to connect with my daughter..turned out that I fell in love with this darn game. I hope it's fixed so we can continue the aspiration.I appreciate you trying to help.

    @Data_0003 I love playing on ps4 but the crashing is making it unplayable im hoping to get a ps5 but scared it will have the same problem

    @mumofharry The crashing is annoying. What has helped with that, is when it crashes. Restart your ps4 then try playing. I can't wait to to play this on the ps5. Hoping the better hardware makes the game run better.
