PS4 game not loading
The game is not loading at all tried several steps restarting ps4 hot and cold restart, Tried deleting saved data, tried deleting game and reinstalling tried checking for updates on both sims actually just had an update before the problem started No errors so far at all just load game up hit x to start and then forever loading flower and white circle, even checked WiFi just to be safe and a disconnect reconnect with speeds of 100+ mb upload and 20 download still an issue. Checked error only error showing for today is 6/22/2024 9:53:12 pm error code CE-40841-7 applicationnpxs20001. May type 2 system software 11.50. Message cannot start application none from the sima itself help please would like to play again now that I have a large enough tv

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
