I havnt done gameplay but I also am havnt the most amount of build mode glitches, including the ones you mentioned plus more

I report all of the glitches/bugs to them on Twitter. Whether they look into it is another question :/.
P.C still has a ton of issues they are "looking into."
Simgurunick is supposed to be the bugs/glitches Sims 4 guy..
