PS4 to PS5 upgrade missing expansion packs

Hello, my wife purchased some packs and a couple game expansions on the ps4 back in 2020 and we have the ps5 and not all the packs/expansions are showing up on the PS5. The items on some of her sims ...

I was actually able to figure it out! My wife purchased some on her psn account and I purchased some packs for her on my psn account. Since we are on the same ps5 console I was able to reinstall them and now she can play them on her game!

Are you logged into the same PSN account that you had originally purchased these packs on for the PS4?

You can verify that by looking over the transaction history for your account here. If your packs are missing from your transaction history, that would mean they were originally bought on a different PSN account.
